Uninstall Apps in Windows 10

You can easily uninstall any apps you haven't used or don't want to use any more. Uninstalling apps can also help free up storage space on your computer. You can always reinstall an app later from the Microsoft Store.

Uninstall an App

  1. Click the Start button.
  2. Click the Settings button.
    Uninstall apps.

    Settings categories appear.

  3. Click Apps.
    Uninstall apps.

    All your installed apps appear.

  4. Click to expand an app.
  5. Click Uninstall.
    Uninstall apps.

    Windows asks you if you're sure you want to remove the app.

  6. Click Uninstall again to confirm you want to uninstall the app.
    Uninstall apps.

The app is removed.
