How to Subscribe to a Report in Salesforce
You can subscribe to a report to receive notifications when the data in the report meets certain conditions.
Subscribe to a Report
- Open the report you want to subscribe to.
- Click Subscribe.
- Specify notification conditions.
If the conditions are met you can specify a schedule for how often you want to be notified.
- Select the Actions for when the conditions are met.
You need to specify how you want to be notified when the conditions are true.
- Click Save & Run Now.
Now Salesforce will email you whenever the selected conditions are met.
