Set Up a Dynamic Dashboard

Dashboards can be set up to be dynamic and automatically filter information based on the user's access level. For example, a sales manager's dashboard could show more information than a sales representative's dashboard.

Set Up a Dynamic Dashboard

1. Open the dashboard you want to make dynamic and click Edit.
   
2. Click the View dashboard as arrow.
3. Select either Run as specified user or Run as logged-in user.
4. Click OK.
5. Close and save the dashboard.
