Mass Transfer Records

1. Click the Leads or Accounts tab.
   
2. Scroll down the page and click Transfer Leads or Transfer Accounts in the Tools section.
   
3. Select a user in the Transfer from field.
4. Click the lookup icon next to Transfer from.
5. Select a user in the Transfer to field.
6. Click the lookup icon next to Transfer to.
   
7. Select the field you want to use as a filter.
8. Specify a condition for the field.
9. Enter the field criteria.

   You can also add additional fields to your filter.

10. Click the Find button.
    

    Salesforce displays the leads that fit our criteria.

11. Select the records you want to transfer.
12. Click Transfer.

Salesforce transfers the selected leads to the destination specified.
