Account registers can often have many thousands of transactions, which can sometimes make them difficult to work with online. Luckily, you can easily run a register report to download everything to a spreadsheet or PDF, where it’s easy to view everything.
Run a Register Report
- Select Accounting.
- Select Chart of Accounts.
- Click the Action column drop-down for the account you want to report on.
- Select Run report.
- (Optional) To share or export the report, click:
- Email to send the report as PDF attachment.
- Print to print the report.
- Export to download the report as Excel spreadsheet or PDF.
