Run a Register Report

Account registers can often have many thousands of transactions, which can sometimes make them difficult to work with online. Luckily, you can easily run a register report to download everything to a spreadsheet or PDF, where it’s easy to view everything.

Run a Register Report

  1. Select Accounting.
  2. Select Chart of Accounts.

  3. Click the Action column drop-down for the account you want to report on.
  4. Select Run report.

  5. (Optional) To share or export the report, click:
    • Email to send the report as PDF attachment.
    • Print to print the report.
    • Export to download the report as Excel spreadsheet or PDF.
