Print and Email Invoices

You can print or email your invoices individually or in batch.

Print or Send an Invoice

  1. Click Sales.
  2. Select Invoices.
    Print or Send an Invoice
  3. Find the invoice and select Send or Print from its Action menu.
    • Send: Enter the email and click Send.
    • Print: Click the browser’s Download or Print icon.

Batch Print or Send Invoices

  1. Click the checkboxes next to the invoices you want to send or print.
  2. Click Batch actions.
  3. Select Send or Print.
    • Send: Enter any email addresses and click Send.
    • Print: Click the browser’s Download or Print icon.
