If you don't know how to do something in Outlook, you can consult Outlook's Help files to find the answers. Help can answer your questions, offer tips, and provide help for all of Outlook’s features.
You can use the Tell Me field above the ribbon to search for commands, items, and help topics.
- Click in the Tell Me field.
- Type what do you want to do.
Commands related to your search, from all of the different ribbons, are grouped into this menu.
- Select the command you were looking for.
You can also open the Help pane to view Outlook's Help topics.
- Click the Help tab.
- Click the Help button.
- Type a help topic and click the Search button.
- Select a help topic.
The selected Help topic opens.
