How to Customize Response Formatting in Outlook
You can customize the font style used in new messages and replies. You can style them both the same or create a distinct style for replies separate from the new message style.
The Outlook Options dialog box appears.
The Signatures and Stationery dialog box opens, where you can customize the fonts used in new messages, replies, and forwards.
A Font dialog box appears, where you can configure the font appearance that will be used in replies and forwards.
The font for replies and forwards is customized.
You can also change the layout of the original message text in your responses.
Now when you reply to or forward a message, the original message will be formatted to your specifications, making it easy for the recipient to differentiate the response from the original message.
