If you have a lot of files saved in OneDrive for Business, you can search through all your content to find just what you need.

  1. Click in the Search field.
  2. Type a search term and press Enter.

    The search starts immediately and any matches appear below the search field.

    If you don't see what you need, click Show more results.

  3. Select an item from the list.

    The file opens up in a new tab in the browser.

  4. Once you are finished with the file, close the tab.
