Add Images and Video

Add an Image

1. Click the Add image button.
   
2. Select an image source:
   • Upload.
   • Take a Snapshot.
   • By URL.
   • Your albums.
   • Google Drive.
   • Search.
3. Click the Browse button.
   
4. Select an image.
5. Click Open.
   
6. Enter an image title.
   

Add a Video

1. Click the Add video button.
   
2. Search for a video, or enter a video URL.
3. Click Select.
   

Add an Image to a Question or Response

Both the image and the video that we've added so far will appear in your form in between questions. You can also add an image to a question directly.

1. Select the question you want to add an image to.
2. Click the Add Image button next to the question or response.
   
3. Select an image source.
4. Select an image.
5. Click Insert.
   

The image is attached to the question.

Edit an Image or Video

You can also edit an image or video by changing its alignment, or by replacing it with a different image or video.

1. Click the More button next to a selected image or video.

A menu appears with some alignment options, and the ability to change or delete the image.

2. Select an alignment or editing option.
   

Change an Image

1. Select an image or video.
2. Click the More button.
3. Select Change.
   
4. Select a source for the image.
   
5. Select an image.
6. Click Open.
   

Delete an Image or Video

1. Select an image or video.
2. Click the More button.
3. Select Remove.
   

The video is removed from the form.
