Import Events and Export Calendars

If you have events created in another calendar, exported in the right format, you can import those events into your Google calendar all at once.

Import Events to Your Calendar

1. Click the Settings icon.
2. Select Settings.
   
3. Select Import & export.
   
4. Click Select a file from your computer.
   
5. Select a file containing calendar events.
6. Click Open.
   
7. Click Import.
   
8. Click OK.
   

Export Your Calendar

1. View the Import & export settings window.
2. Click Export.
   

Your calendar is exported and saved to your Downloads folder.
