If you've created a calendar event or meeting on behalf of someone else, you can change its owner to hand over control of it.
- Click the event you want to edit.
- Click the Options button.
- Select Change owner.
- Enter the email address of the new event owner.
- Click Change owner.
An email is sent, and the other person is alerted that you want to assign them as the event's new owner. That email will include a link to the event that they'll need to click in order to accept. Once they accept, the event's ownership will be changed.
