How to Change Form Settings in Google Forms
The Settings dialog box appears.
The General tab controls the basic settings. You can choose whether to collect the email address of everyone that submits a form, or to leave it anonymous.
If you collect email addresses, you can also choose to send everyone a receipt listing all of their responses sent to them in an email.
You can also require people to be signed into their Google account to limit each person to one response, as well as limit it to only people in your organization. Limiting each person to one response is a great option when the form is a quiz.
Finally, you can give people the ability to change their responses after submitting, and the chance to see a chart summarizing everyone else's responses.
