Responsibilities include:

• Recruiting freelance writers, negotiate contracts & deadlines
• Monitoring current authors to ensure top quality writing
• Researching and learning about new course topics
• Writing fun, easy-to-understand business titles, such as time management and conducting effective meetings.
• Working with staff members to convert written courses to video and interactive media formats.

Requirements

• A 4-year degree in writing, journalism or instructional design
• 4 years writing experience
• 2 years experience managing other writers
